Sealed, dual-flame stacked burner
Each gas burner uses two separate flames to give you a range of precise temperature options, from an ultra-low 140 degree simmer to a powerful 15,000 BTU setting. The burners are sealed to the recessed cooktop surface for easy cleaning
Reversible grates
Uniquely designed, dishwasher-safe grates give you the option of cooking on a flat or contoured wok surface
15,000 BTU Grill
The stainless steel surface is grooved on one side and rounded on the other for grilling versatility; a Gourmet Radiant™ tray ensures even heat distribution, while reducing flare-ups
Main oven (4.6 cu.ft., 27" wide)/Companion oven (2.1 cu.ft., 12" wide)
The large, self-cleaning convection oven offers two multipass broil and bake elements for even browning, with no hot or cold spots. The companion oven is equipped with an 8-pass broil element and 4-pass bake element
Self-Clean oven racks
The main oven and companion oven are equipped with heavy-duty, porcelain-coated racks which are designed to remain in the oven during the self-clean cycle for effortless cleaning. (Companion oven racks can only be self-cleaned in the main oven)
