Joe and I are always looking for ways to add more content to our site to make it more informative and interactive. Recently we began filming videos for each recipe you find on allingoodfood. You’ll notice the entire “crew” in the photo. Yes, that’s Joe and me. We’re it. The camera operator depends on who’s making the recipe and we haven’t decided on who’s the grip and who’s the best boy.

We feel like reading a recipe is good, reading and seeing a picture of the finished product is better but reading, seeing and watching us prepare the dish from start to finish can really give you an idea of exactly what goes into the dish as well as being able to see what it should look like at each step along the way. Our goal is over the next two years to have preparation videos to go with each recipe. As we’ve always said the recipes you’ll find here are recipes we use personally both here and at the Monogram Experience Center as well as at home for friends and family. Sometimes we notice something we wrote in a recipe that we tweak in the video, this gives us an opportunity to adjust a recipes ingredients or instructions or both to make it better. So keep checking back for those updates as well as some exciting things we have planned for the future.
