So the Monogram team went to the Dwell home show in California last week. Joe and I were on vacation so they had the very capable, and my favorite, celebrity chef Martin Yan on hand for some Monogram demonstrations. I’ve written before about how I watched Martin growing up and always wanted to chop and break down a chicken as fast as he does…I still can’t by the way. He's a great cook and a wonderful culinary ambassador to Asian cuisine and good food in general. So this week’s recipe is his creation from the Dwell show. Enjoy.
