Every cook knows it’s time to get to the farmers market. The gardens are over achievers during the months of July, August and September. It’s a glorious site. The freshest the ingredients pay big dividends.

Look around your area and find where you can buy some summer flavor. Maybe you are like me. I usually need a nudge. When I make it to the farmers market I love it.
