Quick Setup Guide

1. Salt and pepper. Make sure to season.
2. Make sure the grill has time to get hot.
3. Be patient. Don’t turn too quick.
4. Know what cuts to grill and how it is graded. A bad steak is a bad steak. Talk with a butcher.
5. Set meat out to warm-up for 20 minutes before grilling and let rest after grilling for 8-10 minutes.
