The Hot Brown is great for leftover turkey

The Hot Brown is an open-faced sandwich of turkey, bacon and tomatoes, covered in Mornay sauce and baked or broiled until the bread is crisp and the sauce begins to brown.
This is a great dish and performs as a headliner or using leftover turkey.
The Hot Brown is famous. It has been featured on Throw down with Bobby Flay, The Travel Channel, Man Verses Food Nation, The farmer’s almanac, Mind of a chef, PBS… this is just scratching the surface.
The bottom line is its good.
If you baked a turkey for Thanksgiving maybe you can spare some for this famous dish.
