Hey everyone. Joe and I are in Denver this week doing an event for Monogram to benefit We Don't Waste, a non-profit that utilizes restaurant and food service leftovers to feed the homeless. A worthy endeavor for sure. We compete against three other chefs in an "Iron Chef" style competition. Lots of fun and a good cause to boot. We'll let you know how we did next week.
