Fresh steamed Blue Crabs.
I live in Louisville, Kentucky. It’s fair to think that there is no way I can buy live blue crabs. Well, take a look at these. My wife is from Maryland and all of my children enjoy picking crabs. This weeks crab at a local market looked,” heavy.”  This is how many from crab country describe large-jumbo crabs. I bought a dozen.
I steamed them outdoors in water, beer and a little vinegar. The most important ingredient is the Old Bay seasoning. It’s hard to use enough.
Give me the crab cake but my bunch love the family time around the table while picking and eating. It was fun surprising them.
