Happy Valentine’s Day!

Sometimes things are hard to put into words. Many of us depend on cards, flowers chocolates and gifts. All of these are great but, I Love to say I care with food.

Cooking a special meal for someone is a time trusted method of saying I care. Many of my friends have called me over the years asking for a recipe that is special and “they can’t mess-up.” The meal many times ended by serving an engagement ring for dessert.

If it’s important to them it’s important to me. I usually gave them the tenderloin of beef recipe we have posted on our website. I took the care to make this recipe special without too much of a fuss. No guarantees but I have a good batting average so far and they are still married!
