The grass is always greener on the other side

I am not a believer when it comes to that idiom unless we are talking about food. I am a hopeful when it comes to food “research.” Its funny, every wing I try I hope it’s better than my last. It doesn’t always happen. Last weekend my wife and I were craving wings. She did all the research and delivered one of the best wings I have ever eaten. It used an ingredient that may be new to you. It is called gochujang. Gochujang is a Korean red chili pepper paste. This is the first time I had tried it on a baked chicken wing.
Discover gochujang! Take it from a fellow cook, it is worth a try. You can usually find gochujang in most Asian specialty markets.
