Ingredients
8 Ounces Softened Cream Cheese
3 Tbs Cucumber Juice
1 Tbs Onion Juice
1 tsp Salt
Small Pinch Cayenne Pepper
2 Drops Green Food Coloring (Traditional But Optional)
 


Preparation

  1. Grate a cucumber and squeeze the pulp in a clean cloth to get the juice
  2. Do the same to get the juice from the onion
  3. Mix everything together in a bowl with a fork or a rubber spatula until smooth and creamy
  4. Adjust seasoning to taste
